Who runs PUBGNickname
PUBGNickname is run by its editorial team as an independent, fan-made project — there is no company behind it. No registered legal entity operates the site, and we keep no office and no phone line, which is why the email address at the top of this page is the only contact channel we offer.
The domain pubgnickname.com has been registered since 26 March 2021 according to the registry record; the current tool and community library are a later rebuild on it, as our about page explains. Editorial responsibility sits with the team rather than with a named individual — pages are reviewed before they go live and the site owner has the final say on what is published. The same people answer your email.
What to send, and how to label it
You do not have to label your message correctly for us to act on it — but a clear subject line gets it handled faster. These are the things people most often write to us about.

What we can help with
We built and run this site, so anything about the site itself is ours to fix.
- Removing a nickname from the community library, including one that impersonates someone or exposes personal information.
- Correcting a mistake in something we published — a wrong figure, a stale fact, a broken table or image.
- Explaining what the generator does with the text you type, or what a particular Unicode character actually is.
- Fixing a bug: a style that will not copy, a page that renders wrongly on your phone, a link that goes nowhere.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent fan-made tool. We have no connection to KRAFTON, Inc. and no access to any game account, so some things are simply outside our reach. Saying so plainly saves you writing a message that cannot be answered.
- We cannot recover, unban or restore a game account, and we cannot appeal a nickname suspension. Only the game’s own support can do that.
- We cannot change your name inside PUBG Mobile or BGMI for you. The rename happens in the game, with a Rename Card, on your device.
- We cannot give you a Rename Card, free UC, or any in-game item. Anyone who offers you those in our name is not us.
- We cannot promise a name will be accepted. The publisher decides that, as our terms of service explain.
- We cannot contact KRAFTON on your behalf or pass a complaint to them.
What we will never ask you for
We will never ask for your game account, your player ID, a password, a one-time code, or a payment — under any circumstances. There is nothing on this site you need an account for, and nothing you can buy from us.
If a message, video or page claims to be PUBGNickname and asks for any of those, it is not us. Our only email address is the one at the top of this page, and our only website is PUBGNickname. We also do not run giveaways.
Telling us we got something wrong
Corrections are welcome and we act on them — this is the message we most want to receive. Our whole method rests on publishing only what can be checked, so a reader who catches an error is doing the work with us.
The most useful correction names the page, quotes the sentence, and says what the right answer is and how you know — a test you ran, a screenshot, a source. We fix the page in place and update its date; we do not quietly delete a mistake. How we verify what we publish is set out on our about page.
When to expect a reply
We are a small editorial team, not a support desk with shifts. Removal requests, impersonation reports and privacy requests are handled first, usually within a few business days. Suggestions and general questions may take longer, and we do not always reply to those individually — but we do read them.
